All classes are 35 - 45 minutes long except for Express classes which are 30 minutes long and Yoga classes, which are 65 minutes long.

If you can't attend a class, let us know as soon as you can - we can give the space to someone else.

ASHTANGA YOGA - A form of yoga that is a weight bearing and aerobic challenge which is great for upper body strengthening. It is fast paced and encompasses deep stretches.
BANDFIT - Resistance band class good for beginners to advanced band users
BOXINGFIT - High Intensity interval training based on boxing, used for fat burning, fitness enhancing and fun
BUILD/BURN YOUR OWN BOOTY(BYOB)- Build or burn, lift and shape your booty with this fun, targeted workout
CIRCUITS - A form of body conditioning which includes group of exercises designed for building strength and muscular endurance
EXPRESS 30 ABS/CORE - Short and targeted session concentrating on abdominal and core strength
EXPRESS 30 CIRCUITS - Short and effective circuit session
EXPRESS 30 HIIT CONDITIONING - Short and effective HIIT session for whole body, high intensity conditioning
HIIT THE ROAD JACK - (HIIT) Interval training which involves short bursts of very intense exercise followed by less intense recovery periods
LIIT - A mixture of low impact exercise and generous rest intervals
PILATES - Focusing on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced
PIYO - Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. This is a fat burning, low-impact workout that you will love
PUMPIT! - Barbell workout to music, lots of repetitions using light to moderate weights working the entire body
STRETCH & TONE - Tone your stomach, glutes, legs and arms; gently use your muscles to move better, bend more easily, reach farther, Improve mobility, increase flexibility and de-stress
TABATA - Extremely High Intensity Interval Training structured around exercises that last for 4 minutes, 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, the sequence in multiples of 6 or 8
