Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.

Current Competitions: Breakfast and Home Workout Video Upload.

1. Each competition is being run by Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd.
   Eligibility to enter
2. The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age and a member of Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted (for each competition).
4. The competition is free to enter.
   How to enter
5. To enter the competition upload video and image proof respectively to the Marina Fitness facebook page and tagging the company in the post.
6. Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd will not accept responsibility if posts are incomplete or inaccurate.
   The prize
7. The prize will be one personal training session with either Luke or Adam, depending on the competition entered.
8. The winner will be selected by the Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd management team at their discretion.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
10. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
11. The decision of Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    Winner announcement
12. The winner will be notified after the date of competition closing, as detailed in the launch post.
13. Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
14. If the winner does not respond to the contact notifying them of their win within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize, and Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

1. Redemption of the prize will need to be within 3 months of the winning announcement. the sessions may be made through mutual agreement.
   Data protection and publicity
2. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the competition being used by Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
3. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at e- admin@marinafitness.co.uk
4. The winner agrees to the release of their first name in promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

1. Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

1. Marina Fitness Gosport Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
