Vanessa Campos is teaching MMA classes at Marina Fitness Gym for a VERY limited time only.
This week Vanessa is running two beginners classes which are suitable for all abilities (we can attest to that!) with the inimitable Dr Raf in support.
Class size is limited to EIGHT so places will be allocated on a first come first come served basis.

Members - no charge
Non-members - £6.00 per class, payable by card at the point of booking. This fee is non refundable.
Marina Fitness cardio equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, bikes,
a stairmaster, ski ergs, a water rower,
curved treadmill, spin bikes and tornado bikes. Strength gear ranges from plate loaded & iso machines to an olympic bench, smith machine, 2 full sets of dumbbells, bars, plates and even strongman logs.

I just want to say to Tambye, Victoria and all the other staff who have been so kind to be giving us all free live workouts and the daily posts you put on the page with exercises and nutritional ideas a massive thank you . Exercise has always been really important to me not just for keeping my fitness levels up but very good for my mind. I need to be told what to do when I exercise and I need to be with others to give me the motivation. Without you all at marina fitness helping us all for free I’m not sure what state we would be in right now in the crisis we are in.
Just caught up with Grace’s Wednesday class, round three really hard, made it, just, apart from squat jump turns, couldn’t manage it, Feeling good now. Thank you, Grace. You were really nice to do class with -as you all are at Marina Fitness.

Thank you for all that you are doing to keep us all moving. I’m really enjoying the classes. I’m doing them at 1215 (ish) pretending it’s the lunchtime class. Running in late and waving at Cathie.

I just wanted to send you all a personal thank you for organising and taking the time to do live classes. Aside from Covid 19 this year has been quite stressful and the classes have been a major motivation to get me moving in the mornings despite how I am feeling personally. Aside this, having joined Marina Fitness last July I feel I have regained fitness and body confidence that I had lost for a number of years, and the online classes are helping to ensure I am not starting from scratch when everything is open again.
Monday to Thursday: 6am - 9pm
Friday: 6am - 8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 6am to 7pm
